The exclusive 2+2 educational system established by the United States Department of Education allows average high school students to have priority admissions into Berkeley City College to study courses equivalent to the first and second years of college. Students will receive professional academic guidance from Asian professors until they meet the academic standards. Afterward, they can smoothly transition into the California Education Department's Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) program, with an admission rate as high as 99%. This enables students to successfully gain admission tickets to the top 100 U.S. universities to pursue their junior and senior years and officially obtain a Bachelor’s Degree.
